Having a refreshed Lab team is a good time to review our values about how we work.

The Lab was founded using Jeff Bezos' principle of being a Two Pizza Team , that teams shouldn’t be larger than two pizzas can feed. Small teams make it easier to communicate more effectively and encourage high autonomy and innovation.

We don't want a team that counts time or turns up to the office when they don't need to so we've founded these principles. We're sure they'll evolve as we go but here's our starter manifesto!
