Rebooting Our Trello Board

WARNING: THIS IS WORK IN PROGRESS

There's over 40 areas we need to explore as part of work coming out from Bromford 2.0. With that in mind we've begun to reboot our publicly accessible Trello Board.

Unlike previous incarnations this will now be the default way the Lab works - meaning you'll see daily changes and updates linked to the cards.

These are the headings we are using:

This is a list of suggestions. They may help solve a problem for Bromford - or for our communities, or just be a fun opportunity. Some of these might be incremental improvements or they may be really radical. We haven't committed to them yet and might never work on them. We just want to put them out there.

A list of suggestions we're researching and preparing to build a case for. These are things that have drawn interest and we are working up in a lot more detail. These will have links through to BromfordLab.Com and might include greater detail on what we are doing.

A list of things we are working on and are currently live in the Lab. These will also link through to our website and will be accompanied by a test plan.

These are concepts that have moved into a further development stage as part of exploration or transition to business as usual. These will link through to Pilot Plans.

Finally we'll have a results section - an archive of where our concepts went next - whether they were shelved, released or killed.
